Resting Myself Free: 6-Weeks of Yoga Nidra


Join Erin Rose Ward every Tuesday at 4:30pm pst for a guided Yoga Nidra practice, a deep dive into yogic teachings, and a supported community connection.

Yoga Nidra, referred to as Non-sleep Deep Relaxaation or NSDR, has become lauded by bio-hackers and modern health enthusiasts as a key to our holistic well-being. Though the practice is thousands of years old, it is one of the most medicinal practices for our modern moment.

Each session will begin with teachings from the yoga tradition about the practice or relevant themes. Following will be a guided practice that will be recorded if you cannot attend live.

Once practice completes, the remaining time will be for community connection - another important part of our overall well-being and a salve for our times.
