As sentient beings, we can choose to step onto the path of awakening, the path of spiritual relationship. the path of coming home to truth.
Walking this path with a mentor gives you a mirror that holds you accountable to your highest potential and sees the blind spots that we cannot see for ourselves.
It is my greatest joy to provide guidance on the spiritual path, to work with people who are interested in awakening their highest potential in every direction.
When we say yes to living a spiritual life, we are not signing up to ascend. We are agreeing to meet the parts of ourselves that obscure connection to truth and love. We ask for opportunities to change patterns, relate differently, trust, and expand our capacity to meet life as it is.
There are many doors into the same room of awakening, techniques and technologies that court us into deeper relationship with ourselves and the sacred.
My work with is informed by over a decade of study and experience with yogic philosophy, tantra, depth psychology, somatic healing, Buddhism, and various movement modalities.
Whether it’s individualized sessions, small groups or large gatherings, my work is a constant listening and responding with a toolkit that is ever evolving.

An Overview

Success in the INSIGHT program is founded on a mutual understanding of your intentions and aspirations and rooted in an open, honest, and direct dialogue. The following overview serves as a means for building a thriving, safe, and structured container for the INSIGHT process to flourish.
The Program
The INSIGHT program cycle typically spans 6 to 24 months
1-4 sessions per month depending on program type
Sessions length spans 60-90 min
What to Expect
Tasks may be given to you at the end of each INSIGHT session. They are aimed to meet you at the most potent and relevant point in your process. You’ll move forward after each session with those tasks or specific points of awareness in the foreground of your attention.
Consistency, honesty, engagement, excellent self-care, and love are the cornerstones of your participation in INSIGHT.
