Our next round of Meditation Sangha - community in practice - begins Monday February 10th at 7am. For 4 weeks we will gather to greet the moment in presence and breath. We will allow the layers obscuring us from what is always right here to gently fall away.
This round of committed medtiation is slightly different from past groups.
We will have our thirty minutes of short teachings and practice, and then an optional space to stay and share, ask questions, and receive support.
Having a morning space to settle into the profundity of stillness has been a game-changer for me, especially as a lover of all things movement.
My hope is that mediation goes from an inaccessible ideal, a chore, or another self-improvement “should” to an ally, a lover, a refuge for you to come home to you.
And trust me, sitting in community is so much more enjoyable and effective than sitting alone. That is why masters such as the Buddha spoke so frequently about the importance of sangha.
Enter into this sweet virtual space and create a ritual morning anchor amidst the ever-changing external chaos.
Note: We will meet every Monday - Friday morning. The weekends are reserved for personal practice - as well as sleeping in.
